Hamburger Cupcakes

Alright with summer just around the corner and BBQ season starting I thought nothing would be better them hamburger cupcakes. No! It’s not actually hamburger in the cupcakes.

These are super cute and simple and everyone will think they are mini burgers! All it takes is cupcakes brownies and frosting.

First you are going to want to bake your brownies and cupcakes and let cool. While your desserts are cooling. Take the frosting and separate into 3 different bowls add food dye to each one. Red, Yellow, and Green. This is what you will put on top of you brownie in the middle of oyur cupcake to amkeit look more like a burger.

Once all your dessert are cooled cut the cupcakes in half put the brownie in the middle add each color frosting on top of the brownie then put the top part of the cupcake back on. The Ta Da! You are done!

Your mini burgers are done and ready to eat and enjoy!

Tuxedo Brownies

With Memorial Day coming up many of us go to BBQ, parties or get togethers.  If you are like myself or my friends you always bring something to the party. I am always the person who brings the desserts, surprise surprise right! Something I feel is a smart idea is that I bring something small and individual that people can just grab and eat.  These are my tuxedo Brownies. They are small, cute, delicious and perfect for everyone! As Always they are simple to make as well.

What you need!
·         Mini Muffin Pans
·         Brownies
·         Cool whip / Frosting
·         Strawberries (optional) (or another fruit you may like)

Follow the directions on the back of the box for the brownies. Bake for about 10 minuets use the toothpick test to make sure they are done. Once done let cool and then you can decorate the rest of the dessert! With the strawberries, I used and egg slicer and put the strawberry bottom up and slice almost all the way to the bottom.  Then fan out the slices of strawberries it gives it a cute look, that looks like you are a professional chef and you will get tons of compliments and its something so simple.
There you have it! A great small, simple and cute dessert to have at your next big party. Plus, the receips makes about 48 of these babies.
Please remember eat responsibly!

Peanut butter Brownie Torte!

Ever have those days where you are just craving chocolate. Me too! But you can’t figure out what you want to eat. Do I want a Hershey bar, M&M’s, brownies, cookies or cake? So many things come to mind.

I have many different craving myself. However, when I crave chocolate I want peanut butter too. As most of us would agree they are great together. So the question is why not Reese cups.

My best dessert that I enjoy making is a peanut butter brownie torte. Sounds amazing right! Just picture a nice warm brownie with melting peanut butter cups on top with a marshmallow filling in the middle.  Mouth is watering now right! This is very simple and easy to make dessert.

What it requires
2 brownie mixes
1 bag of marshmallow’s
1 big container of Reese cups
1 bag of peanut butter chocolate chip morsels
½ cup of peanut butter. (per brownie mix) 1 cup all together.

Make sure you have your torte pans out. Make your first batch of brownie mix according to the package. After the brownie mix is ready add the ½ cup of peanut butter to the mix and stir in. Pour each batch seperatly into each side of the torte pan. Bake according to the package.

Mean while take all the Reese cups out of their packages and cut them up into pieces, then put them to the side.

Next  take ¾ of the morsels and put in glass container  and put in the microwave four about 1:30 stirring every 15 seconds. Once it is all melted put the bag of marshmallows into a big bowl. Add the melted chocolate and peanut butter and stir all together.

By this time your brownie should be almost done. Take a tooth pick and test about an inch in from the outer rim if there is any food on the tooth pick it needs to be baked longer. If not it is done and let it cool. After about 15 minuets one side is ready to be flipped out of the pan. Put the marshmallow filling in the middle. Then take the second  brownie and put on top of the bottom and the mixture.

Put the chopped up Reese Cups and put them on top all over. With the remaining ¼ of morsels melt with the same process as above.  Then drizzle the mixture on top of all Reese Cups.

Finally you are done! And you have a wonderful dessert to enjoy and share.

Baker Tip’s
Take a brown paper bag and out like both of you baking pan cut out and put inside the torte pan!
